My family and friends have been using Levertons for over 50 years due to their excellent service. On my recent visit to arrange my Mum's cremation it was dealt with by Lorna who has a very kind, caring and professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Levertons.

Levertons was the 3rd funeral directors we went to in the local area and I wished I had gone to them first. We went with Levertons and had absolutely no issues at all. They were caring, understanding and knew what we wanted without pushing us in to making any decisions. They didn’t push us in to going to things we didn’t need and explained everything down to a T. The staff on the day of mums funeral went above and beyond and helped us all as a family feel at easy and stress free. Lorna in particular was anmazing and so caring and I highly recommend using Levertons after dealing with them myself. Thank you all at Levertons for your care and support over our difficult time. From start to finish the service we received from Levertons was faultless. Kind, caring and unwaveringly professional the team, and especially Craig, made a difficult and emotionally charged situation easy to understand and navigate. All of the staff here are absolutely brilliant but especially Carmel who arranged my Dad's funeral. She answered my constant stream of questions and emails, was there every step of the way for us all and was so lovely with it all. She took all of the stress from us and guided us through it all from beginning to end which was just the biggest relief as we had no clue what to do. We would have been lost without her.

The funeral was carried out very sensitively and highly professionally by Levertons. Deborah always made herself available or responded quickly and was extremely helpful. She made sure we covered all that needed to be done and coordinated with others on our behalf to make things run smoothly, down to the smallest detail.

Leverton and sons are a very organised business, never having planned a funeral myself I didn’t know how much would go into it but they made the process as easy as possible, everything was always efficient which made the organising of the funeral very quick. James was the person in charge of organising the funeral, he was quick at responding to calls/emails and answering any questions we had. Everything was as we wanted it and was very happy with the service that they provided.
