Lorna was very professional and very kind. Explained the whole sad process very well and guided me through the steps that needed to be done. The extra comfort was that the crematorium was local so I could attend. Really took out the stress of it.

Levertons in Kentish Town arranged my mother's funeral. I spent a lot of time on the arrangements with Lorna who was so patient, helpful and caring during that very stressful time. And everyone involved was very professional and respectful.

Dear Kathryn , I am sorry it has taken me so long to thank you and your team for the perfect way you handled the funeral arrangement of my wife . Your quiet efficiency and professionalism is so valued by those that are left to grieve, it takes all the worry of the practicalities away . I particularly appreciated the fact that you explained the procedures clearly and all the possible choices without any pressure , but giving helpful advice , quite rare in these days of the hard sell . I couldn't imagine being eased through the organisation and carrying out the rituals of that very sad day for myself and family in a more sensitive way . My sincere thanks .
