Funeral Arranger
Full-time providing specific Branch management and/or cover in other branches and Head Office
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to be able to cover our branches, when needed, to support our funeral directors full-time. It is preferable to have funeral directing and/or arranging experience though not essential if we find the right candidate, but you must have strong customer service skills, be highly organised and demonstrable administration experience.
We are renowned for being the best in our profession and provide the highest care to our clients so you must be personable, empathetic and be able to deal sensitively with people due to the nature of our profession.
We will provide training and mentoring for the right candidate. The duties of the role are shown in the attached job description along with a proforma for the role for you to use as a supporting statement to your CV.
Preferably you will have a recent DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) certificate, if not we will arrange an assessment for you prior to any offer of employment.

Funeral Assistant
Full-time providing support and services as part of our team of highly trained and professional Funeral Assistants, based at our Chalk Farm branch with full Garage, workshop and mortuary facilities
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to be able to join our team of Funeral Assistants to support our branches and our funeral directors.
It is preferable to have funeral services experience though not essential if we find the right candidate.
You must have strong interaction skills with both your colleagues and the families you will be supporting, be organised and methodical and able to work within strict codes of conduct and professionalism.
