We are very grateful for the care and professionalism shown throughout this difficult time. From the outset, everything was handled with a calm, kind, and reassuring manner, which made a real difference to us as a family. The process was clear and well managed, with each step explained carefully. Transitions between staff were seamless, and nothing was lost along the way – every detail and request was picked up and carried through. We felt fully supported in our decisions, and our wishes were respected and followed exactly. The day itself ran very smoothly, from the journey from home to the service, and onwards. The team were flexible and responsive, accommodating our requests within what is always a short and emotional timeframe. We would also like to mention the flowers the funeral directors arranged with the florist, were exactly as we had hoped – natural, with beautiful spring colours. We are especially thankful to Lorna and Camilla for their gentle, thoughtful approach. Their care helped us through a very difficult time.

Leverton and Sons provided the most sympathetic and thoughtful funeral arrangements for my mum. Their engagement was first class from initial contact through to liaising with the parish church on the service and burial arrangements at the cemetery. Their pall-bearer team on the day exemplified that mum was in safe hands, taking extreme care right up to the very last moment. Lorna in the Kentish Town office was always present and a pleasure to deal with.

Leverton &sons was fantastic though out the whole process of funeral arranging done fantastic with all mums flowers they took mum from hospital within 24 hrs they took really good care of mum the embalmer is fantastic they done brilliant made mum look like her actual picture before mum passed; day of funeral the haust drivers n limo drivers very respectful men done us proud I would highly recommend using this company I can't thank them enough they took care of me n my sister as well whilst grieving 5* and lots of respect to them all again thank you so much ❤ Antonia&nicola
