A family priest we have known very long time recommended to our family to go to Leverton & Sons and have Lorna help us. From the start to finish, Lorna aided and assisted us. She was helpful and looked after us and my mother from the viewing to the funeral arrangements to the cremation. Her dignified approach supported us in these tough times and made it all very comfortable. She was with us every step of the way. My family thanks her for truly doing her best to allow my mother a peaceful departure that didn't allow us to strain my wife and I much.

We went to Leverton’s after we had visited another funeral directors. From the moment we walked in and Deborah Rush, the funeral directors at Fortis Green, greeted us we felt confident in her management of my Mother’s funeral. The process was seamless and Deborah advised and enabled us in planning and undertaking a very personal funeral.

From start to finish Leverton & Sons provided a superb service. We had used Levertons about 15 years' ago and based on a positive experience then, we chose Levertons again. I can safely say that the exceptional standard of service has been maintained if not surpassed.. I'd like to make special mention of the Fortis Green branch where Deborah Rush dealt with the whole process and our requests both sympathetically and efficiently.

I can't thank Levertons enough for their part in helping us organise my mother's funeral. It was a very difficult time and Deborah guided us calmly through all the things we needed to do and put them into place seamlessly. She found us a wonderful celebrant who did my mum proud and with her help we managed to include everything we wanted in the service. I felt that Deborah really took time to listen to our wishes and sensitively put them into place. All the little details were taken care of by Levertons, the flowers looked beautiful, and everything ran smoothly on the day.

The service was as I wished. Thank you so much for your assistance and guidance and your understanding from the outset back in October. I was very grateful for the presence of yourself and the chapel attendant, in running through the service beforehand. Please extend my thanks to everyone involved, the transfer of the coffin to the chapel was very dignified, something that Bill would have been very pleased with indeed. So, thank you, Lorna, to you and your colleagues. Know always that the vocation you have chosen matters, it makes a difference to have someone walking beside you at this point in the journey.
