Leverton's handled the funeral with care and compassion and with a professionalism over and above my expectations. My only (small) criticism would be that communication post funeral was unclear (as in the arrangements for the collection of ashes). I was not aware that the ashes would be available for collection the following day and therefore was waiting on a call (either from Levertons or from the crematorium admin office). A week post funeral, I called Leverton's to be informed they were ready for collection (and had been from the next day).

I chose Levertons to arrange my wife's funeral purely on the basis of recognising the name, and I am glad that I did so. Everything went very smoothly and it was obviously a very professional operation. We engaged Leverton's Hampstead for the funerals of my mother in 2011 and more recently that of my father. On both occasions Levertons supported us to deliver beautiful, personalised funeral services. They were respectful and supportive throughout and helped steer us through some very sad times.

We recently had a funeral with Levertons and as a family we were astonished by the impeccable service they provided. Their professionalism, support, dignity and overall knowledge was fantastic. Our family member Janet had pre paid her own funeral and this was a seamless service with no hidden fees. Deborah was so professional and polite and approachable that it made their service Ben better. Deborah's knowledge was second to none and made the whole process easier. Out family have been using Levertons for many years - over 25 years and this is why our family continues to to use their service..
