Nigel joined Levertons in 2022. Having worked as a barrister, a golf club manager and as a freelance writer and business consultant in the hospitality industry. Having played competitive sports all his life, he is a committed team player, believing that good things happen when people work together. In this latest phase of his career, he looks forward to assisting those in bereavement.
I thought it conducted very well, in a way appropriate to the deceased and in accordance with the wishes of those close to him. The funeral director was sensitive and helpful in both the atmospherics and the practicalities.

I want to thank Carmel and the Levertons team for helping me arrange a beautiful send off for my mum. Planning a funeral while grieving is extremely difficult, but Carmel made the process so much easier. She was kind, thoughtful and caring throughout, and her support meant a lot to me and my family during such a difficult time.

Drew and his team at Leverton & Sons Ltd. could not have done more to take me through the process of organising my late twin brother's funeral; they were professional, yet understanding, empathetic and patient (this being the first funeral I have had to organise), and I felt helped every step of the way. The fact that we had to organise things 'long distance' as we are not local to where my twin brother lived (so over the 'phone and by email) was no obstacle to them. The funeral itself was just what I wanted. Thank you.
