My cousins (who had flown over from New Zealand) and I (just landed from Australia) had the tough job of organising a funeral and cremation service for our late Aunt, who had lived in London for over twenty years. From the very first meeting, Deborah, Alison, Samantha and the whole team at Laverton & Sons have been so kind, understanding and helpful. They took care of tiny details and made what could have been an overwhelming process so much easier for us. As sad as it is that my family and I have had to call on their services twice, Levertons have been unbelievable both times. They are all absolute professionals who treated our family and deceased loved ones with care and respect. Further to this, the services they offer are excellent and everything is organised by them down to the last detail. Lastly, Deborah was endlessly useful in supplying us with key information when dealing with the council, the cemetery and the whole process of registering a death. This made the whole ordeal infinitely more manageable and I was very grateful for their support

I had a very positive experience with Levertons Muswell Hill. My husband died abroad and the company managed the process of receiving his body and advised and supported me while the Coroner considered the matter. I was helped and guided in selecting a crematorium and talked through the process of planning an appropriate service for my beloved partner of 29 years. Levertons suggested a celebrant and I decided to use her services following an initial meeting which went very well. I felt supported in planning the service and was confident in incorporating elements from my husbands culture and my own, different, tradition of death. This came together on the day of the funeral in a very moving way and Deborah and other Levertons staff members managed the event in a manner that was respectful and thoroughly professional. I am pleased to recommend the company and feel that the fees charged were very reasonable considering the high quality of service.
