Funeral Arranger/Director (Branch Cover)
We are looking for a candidate to be able to cover our branches when needed to support our funeral directors. You don’t have to have funeral directing or arranging experience, but you must have strong customer service skills and demonstratable administration experience.
We provide the highest care to our clients so you must be personable, empathetic and be able to deal sensitively with people due to the nature of our profession. We will provide training and mentoring for the right candidate. Preferably you will have a recent DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) certificate, if not we will arrange an assessment for you prior to any offer of employment. Funeral Assistant
We are looking for a candidate to be able to work as a full time funeral assistant based at our Chalk Farm premises. You will be required to attend removals and funerals, as directed and carry out removals, on duty squad, for out of hours call outs. You don’t have to have funeral related experience, but you must have a good understanding and management/supervision of Health & Safety requirements and the needs of the garage/workshop as well as be able to competently drive, clean and maintain the vehicles.
