Levertons Awarded Investors In People (IIP) Silver Accreditation

Leverton & Sons have achieved the prestigious Investors In People (IIP) Silver status which is a significant achievement for our staff and the organisation as a while.

Following an ongoing assessment that lasted for three years, all areas of the organisation were covered and our External Assessor deemed that we, not only met the requirements of our previous accreditation, but we have achieved Silver status which is no mean feat!

We are proud to be one of over 50,000 organisations that have taken part in this esteemed accreditation process since it was established 30 years ago. We have always been proud to invest heavily in our staff, but having this recognition awarded to us helps highlight this to others and helps ensure that we always have our staff’s best interests and development at the heart of what we do.

The assessment measures how we effectively lead and manage our staff from a range of angles and viewpoints. From business strategy and people management to recognition and reward and learning and development. We are passionate about ensuring our team has all the tools to carry out their job well and love what they do. The fact so many of our staff are related to other staff members or have worked with us for decades proves that we are doing something right and creating a company culture people love to be a part of.

Next Steps...

We want to say a huge congratulations to the entire Levertons team and thanks for helping us achieve this accreditation.

Our Silver Accreditation will last until 2026 when we hope to be awarded Silver again in and maybe even go for Gold!
